preparatory meeting for Arab health, environment ministers' joint meeting kicks off in Cairo

The second meeting of the technical preparatory committee of the first joint meeting of the Council of the Arab Health Ministers and the Council of Arab Ministers Responsible for the Environment (CAMRE).
The two-day meeting deals with a draft agenda for the joint ministerial meeting, Director of environment and sustainable development department of the Arab League Gamal Gaballah said.
The meeting will also discuss the 2016-2030 Arab strategy for health and environment, which deal with issues of environmental problems and their impact on public health and the environment in the Arab countries, he added.
The preparatory meeting is scheduled to prepare a draft of the joint ministerial statement.
