Transport min. meets French Ambassador .
Transport Minister Galal Saeed

Transport Minister Galal Saeed met on Thursday with French Ambassador to Egypt Andre Parant.
They discussed prospects of cooperation between Egypt and France in the field of transportation.
They reviewed an offer presented by the French Alstom company to manufacture and import 64 metro trains for Cairo's 3rd metro line.
Saeed said the National Authority for Tunnels is currently studying offers presented by all parties to import the metro trains to Egypt.
The tender procedures will be carried out in a transparent manner to serve Egypt's interests, he added.
