Under the patronage of H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai, the Federal Authority for Government Human Resources, FAHR, is organising the sixth FAHR International Conference 2016, the Middle East's largest Government HR event, on 18th April.
Under the theme, "Future of HR and its Role in Transforming Governmental Capabilities", the 2016 conference agenda features important topics and specialised sessions led by global and regional pioneers sharing their insights, best practices and innovations in the development of government human capital.
The announcement was made during a press conference held by FAHR in Dubai in the presence of Dr. Abdul Rahman Al Awar, Director-General of FAHR, top FAHR leaders along with a number of the authority's partners and sponsors of the FAHR International Conference 2016, as well as a group of media representatives.
Aligned with the strategic vision and national agenda of the UAE, the 2016 International FAHR conference this year is dedicated to the development and transformation of HR in government and public organisations.
The UAE government has embraced innovation and set high benchmarks for government efficiency, but in order to ensure success, a highly capable world-class human capital is essential.
The event will gather more than 500 experts and specialists interested in the field of human resources as well as a number of ministers, civil service and administrative development agencies of the GCC, and senior human resources officials in both government and private sectors from around the world.
