
Two delegations from Shanghai government will visit Egypt next week to enhance the Egyptian-Chinese relations, said Ambassador Khaled Youssef, Egypt's Consul-General in Shanghai.
The first delegation from Shanghai municipality will start visit to Egypt on Sunday, Youssef told MENA.
The delegation, which groups six officials, will visit Cairo and Alexandria and meet with high-ranking officials at Culture Ministry and Bibliotheca Alexandria, Yousef said.
He noted that a delegation from Shanghai Museum will also visit Egypt on Thursday and will hold a series of meetings with Somaia Abdel Samie, director general of the Egyptian Museum, and senior officials of the museum and the Egyptian Ministry of Antiquities.
