
The Russian ministers of aviation and emergency arrived in Cairo Saturday.
Also a team of 30 Russian aviation experts and investigators arrived here to take part in investigations into a Russian plane crash in Sinai Peninsula earlier in the day.
A third plane laden with five large trucks will arrive later to transport the bodies.
A Russian passenger airliner crashed early Saturday in Sinai, with 224 people aboard, officials said.
All passengers were killed, the Russian Embassy in Cairo said on Twitter.
Russian state media reported that many of the 217 passengers were Russians returning from vacation. The passengers were reported to include 17 children. There were seven crew members.
