Kannou, new Chairperson of AMT

Justice Kalthoum Kannou was elected new Chairperson of the Tunisian Judges Association (AMT), at the end of AMT's 10th extra-ordinary Congress held on Sunday in Sousse under the motto "The Revolution can only be completed by an independent Judiciary." In a statement released on Tuesday, AMT announced the line-up of its new Executive Committee, in accordance with Article 13 of the Association's internal rules: - Chairperson: Kalthoum Kannou, - Deputy chairperson: Raoudha Grafi, - Secretary-general: Hassan Hajji, - Deputy secretary-general: Noura Hamdi, - Treasurer: Abdelkhalek Boujnah, - Members: Abdelbaki Krid, Mohamed Khlifi, Anas Hmadi, Mohamed Ben Ltaief, Hamdi M'rad and Abdelmajid Ben Said.
