The Accusations Department at the Court of Appeal in Tunis has referred to court the former President and Director General of the National Services and Residence Company Mahmoud Ballouna at the Tunis'' northern suburb of Gammarth, Mohamed Imad Al-Trabelsi, nephew of Leila Trabelsi, wife of ousted Tunisian President Zine El Abidine Ben Ali and former Religious Affairs Minister Abu Bakr Al-Akhzouri for prosecution on charges of exploitation of a public post to get a benefit unlawfully and for causing harm to the administration. A judicial source said today that the decision was made on the backlash of the discovery of financial corruption and misconduct relate to the organization of Hajj and Umrah trips
