President Mahmoud Abbas discussed with Egyptian Foreign Minister Nabil al-Arabi and Lebanese Foreign Minister Adnan Mansour on Monday, in Doha, the agenda of the Arab peace initiative follow-up committee meeting, which will be held in Doha, in Qatar, on Tuesday. Abbas arrived to Doha to participate in the Arab peace initiative follow-up committee meeting, which will be on the ministerial level. The meeting will set steps to be followed in seeking the UN recognition of a Palestinian state, in addition to a number of procedures, including a delegation of Arab foreign ministers to go to UN Security Council member states to support Palestine in its quest to seek UN full membership and recognition.
