EU Foreign Policy chief Catherine Ashton has announced readiness to discuss Iran's five propositions presented in Baghdad over the nuclear file and other issues. According to Iranian news agency (Fars), Ashton expressed willingness in a phone conversation with Iran's Supreme National Security Council Secretary Saeed Jalili to conduct the Moscow meeting in order to address several issues including 5+1 states' suggestions to reach common grounds. Chief negotiator Jalili underlined the importance of committing to what has been agreed upon in Istanbul and Baghdad meetings, Fars agency added. Saying that Iran will elaborate on its proposals during Moscow talks, he said proper response to them would pace up the talks.
