Reacting to the clashes which erupted earlier Thursday night along the Egyptian -Israeli borders, Egypt on Friday filed a formal protest to Israel . An Egyptian military source told the Egyptian Middle East News Agency (MENA) that Egypt has called for conducting an urgent investigation on the causes which led to the killing and wounding of three Egyptian military personnel inside Sinai Peninsula. Last night , Egyptian media sources said that a police officer and two central security privates fell martyr and two others were injured in the Sinai Peninsula when Israeli aircraft fired at them in an raid along the joint borders. In a related development, Egyptian sources announced that Al-Ouja land exit in central Sinai was closed on the background of yesterday clashes. An armed group shot at an Israeli vehicle earlier Thursday while en route from Beersheba to Ilat inside occupied Palestine in 1948 which resulted in the killing of six Israeli people and seven of the attackers.
