Israeli court orders the demolition of 29 houses south Al-Aqsa

An Israeli court has handed Ziad Kawar, a Palestinian Attorney for Al Bustan area south al-Aqsa mosque, court orders for the demolition of 29 houses in the area to be enforced before next September. According to the Silwan Defense Committee, residents have received official orders from the court for the demolition after they had run out of all means of defending their homes. The municipality and occupation institutions have created legal loopholes to execute plans with the aim of the Judaization of the neighborhood and the establishment of Talmudic gardens in its place, the Committee added. Neighborhood residents are currently worried and anxious, particularly because the Israeli demolition could begin any time, the Committee indicated.
