Jumblatt: Syrian people have no mercy for killers

Progressive Socialist Party leader Walid Jumblatt said Monday that the Syrian people will have no mercy for those who oppress and murder them in the name of Palestine and the resistance, the National News Agency reported. According to the NNA, Jumblatt was speaking during a dinner held by the American University of Beirut Alumni Association in Kuwait. “Today, the regimes of tyranny and oppression which have torn the Arabs apart and lost Palestine are now falling,” Jumblatt said. “The Arab people, in particular the Syrian people, in their legendary struggle, in an unparalleled epic of sacrifice, suffering and oppression, will not have mercy for the regimes and parties which opposed and oppressed them in the name of Palestine and imprisoned and killed them in the name of the resistance,” Jumblatt said.
