His Majesty King Abdullah II will pay a brief working visit to Qatar on Friday during which he will hold talks with the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Hamad Bin Khalifa Al Thani on means of forging closer cooperation between the two countries as well as the latest developments in the region. The King will also attend on Tuesday an extraordinary Islamic summit in Mecca that will address major issues facing the Muslim world and the latest developments in the region. The summit, called for by the Saudi Monarch Abdullah Bin Abdul Aziz, will be preceded by a meeting of the foreign ministers of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation's fifty seven-member countries. The ministers will present their recommendations to leaders and heads of the participating delegations for discussion.
