
Prime Minister Sherif Ismail on Tuesday held a session of talks with visiting Slovenian President Borut Pahor and his accompanying delegation.
The talks took up means of upgrading bilateral relations in several domains; especially in the economic and investment sectors.
In press statements before the meeting, the visiting president said that Egypt enjoys political stability and is ready to receive more investments. He added that he will convey to his European partners how far the internal situation in Egypt is stable.
The current trade exchange between the two countries stands at 100 million dollars, he said, adding that this figure should increase given the current good political and economic relations binding the two countries.
The Slovenian president arrived here on Monday on a three-day official visit to Egypt during which he held talks with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi on means of promoting joint cooperation along with the recent developments at the regional and international levels.
