Dr. Mohammed Atiq Al Falahi, Secretary General of the UAE Red Crescent Authority (UAE RCA) and Sri Lankan Minister of Industry and Commerce Rashad Badr Al-Din have discussed charitable and humanitarian aid provided by the authority to Sri Lanka and many other countries and people in need. During the meeting held at UAE RCA's headquarters here in Abu Dhabi, Dr. Al Falahi said that UAE RCA's leadership directives require expanding the base of humanitarian and relief aid provided by the Red Crescent for all those in need in various countries of the world and benefit the largest segment of areas affected by disasters. For his part, the Sri Lankan Minister expressed his deep thanks and appreciation to the UAE Red Crescent Authority for the relief assistance it provided to many countries of the world, especially Sri Lanka.
