The Organization of Arab Peoples and Parliaments on Sunday hailed President Abdel Fattah El Sisi's visit to Saudi Arabia and his talks with King Salman ben Abdel Aziz.
The organization is supporting all efforts that seek to close Arab ranks in the face of terrorism and extremism, chairman Abdel Aziz Abdullah said.
He said the group throws its weight behind SIsi's call for forming a joint Arab military force to confront threats that Arab nations are facing.
The ties binding Egypt and Saudi Arabia are strategic and deeply-rooted, Abdullah said.
Sisi left Riyadh Sunday, wrapping up a one-day visit to Saudi Arabia.
