
Arab League Secretary General Nabil el Arabi will visit Tuesday Kuwait and Jordan ahead of the upcoming Arab Summit in March.
The visits are to coordinate with the two Arab countries as part of the ongoing preparations for the Sharm el Sheikh summit on March 28, 29, the Arab League said in a statement on Thursday.
Kuwait's Permanent Representative to Arab League Ambassador Aziz al Daihani told reporters on Thursday that during the visit el Arabi would discuss with top Kuwaiti officials the latest regional developments as well as issues on the summit agenda.
The summit is expected to focus on Arab national security and combating extremism.
