
The Arab Parliament, under the presidency of Ahmed bin Mohamed al Jarawan, underlined its support to Yemeni President Abdel Rabbo Mansour Hadi, his legitimacy and his practising the duties of his post amid the control of the Houthis to Sana'a.
In statement issued on Saturday, al Jarawan said that any unilateral measures will not harm the legitimacy of Hadi whom the Yemeni people backed with their own free will.
He further underscored the importance of the Gulf initiative and the national dialogue.
The Arab Parliament chief called on the Yemeni people anew to unite so as to foil the attempts of those who try to hurt the stability of their country.
