
Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and visiting Egyptian President Abdelfatah Al-Sisi held official talks here on Sunday on aspects of bilateral cooperation for the common interests of both sides' people.
During the talks, both leaders underlined the depth of strategic relations between Saudi Arabia and Egypt, and mutual willingness to strengthen and bolster them in various fields, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) reported.
They also discussed the latest situations and developments on both regional and international arenas, the SPA said.
The talks were attended by Crown Prince and Deputy Prime Minister Muqrin bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Riyadh Region Governor Prince Faisal bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, several senior other Saudi officials as well as the Egyptian president's accompanying delegation including Foreign Minister Sameh Shukri, Intelligence Chief Khalid Fawzi, Director of the President's Office Major General Abbas Kamel.
The Egyptian president has already left Riyadh, ending up his short visit to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
