Unidentified gunmen kidnapped the head of the water company in Sheikh Zewayed and took him to an unknown destination.
The gunmen attacked the house of Ibrahim Awad, the head of the holding company for water distribution in Sheikh Zewayed, security sources said on Wednesday.
Awad was kidnapped at gunpoint and in the presence of his family, added the sources.
Concerned bodies were notified to take necessary measures and unveil the circumstances of the incident, according to the sources.
