
The King's Advisor for Military Affairs, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mashal Al Zaben, on Tuesday met the commander of U.S. Central Command, Gen. Lloyd Austin, and discussed ways to strengthen bilateral relations between the armed forces of the two countries.
Austin, who is accompanied by the head of Joint Special Operations Command, Maj. Gen. Michael Nagata, praised the outstanding level of Jordanian Armed Forces and the level of coordination between Jordan and the U.S.
The meeting was attended by the U.S Ambassador and the U.S Defense Attaché in Amman.
