
Kuwait's embassies and consulates abroad continue holding further functions marking the 54th National Day and the 24th Liberation Day and congratulating the country's leadership on these occasions.
The embassy in Sri Lanka organized a ceremony, which was attended by Sri Lankan ministers of interior, education and children affairs, senior officials, MPs and members of diplomatic missions, who were keen on congratulating the top leaders.
In a statement received by KUNA, Ambassador Yaqoub Youssef Al-Otaiqi, on behalf of the embassy's staff, voiced congratulations to His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah and the people of Kuwait on the national days.
Meanwhile, a large number of senior officials and members of Arab, Gulf and foreign diplomatic missions in Mumbai took part in a ceremony held by Kuwait's consulate in Mumbai that marked the national days.
Consul General Mansour Al-Olaimi, on behalf of the consulate's staff, congratulated His Highness the Amir, His Highness the Crown Prince and the people of Kuwait on these occasions.
Al-Olaimi wished Kuwait everlasting security, stability, progress and prosperity.
