His Highness the Amir Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Friday sent a congratulatory cable to Oman's Sultan Qaboos bin Saeed, which expressed joy over his televised speech to the Omani people on their 44th National Day.
In his cable, His Highness the Amir also wished the best of health to the Omani Sultan as well as prosperity and progress to the Omani people.
