“The launch of the first e-newspaper South Horizons, coming under the French daily ‘Horizons’ from the province of Ouargla reflects the great interest granted by the state to the regions of the South,” said the minister who launched this newspaper.
Grine, who said that this media project, a model to be followed, is a new and promising impetus to promote the national press, adding that it covers the concerns of the populations of the South and the follow-up of the development action in these regions.
In this regard, he highlighted the necessity to bring closer the various institutions and local sources to obtain information from credible and confirmed source.
Explanations on the assigned goals of this e-newspaper, which was launched at the headquarters of the Regional Directorate of Algeria Press Service (APS) in Ouargla, were given by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Horizons daily, Larbi Timizar.
