The Saudi Cabinet has today strongly condemned the terrorist attack which left several casualties among innocent people in Al-Ahsaa province and threatened the country’s security and stability as well as citizens’ lives.
Convening for its weekly meeting, the session extended heartfelt condolences to the bereaved families of the martyrs of duty who died as they were confronting the terrorists.
It paid tribute to the security forces, for their dedication and unrelenting efforts to confront these heinous acts which represent an affront to Islamic teachings and sow chaos.
Chaired by Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Defence Minister His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, the panel welcomed the newly-formed Yemeni Government, describing the move as a positive step forward.
It also denounced the repressive Israeli incursions in occupied Jerusalem and Al-Aqsa Mosque, calling upon the international community to put an end to Israel’s flagrant violations and terrorist policies.
