
Violent clashes took place late Sunday between the Israeli occupation forces and Palestinian youths in Al-Quds town of Abu Deis and Shaafat refugee camp, leaving scores of them suffering injuries as a result of opening fire and tear gas bombs on them from the Israeli side.
In Shuafat, large number of Israeli troops were deployed at the entrance of the camp while two injuries of live bullets were reported.
Also, clashes have been going on near the separation wall close to Besgat Zeiv settlement as the Israeli occupation forces have intensively fired tear gas bombs at Palestinian youths.
Meanwhile, Head of the Emergency Department at the Palestinian Red Crescent Society Amin Abu Ghazala said the Israeli occupants have been targeting Palestinian ambulance that was rushing a pregnant woman to hospital.
In Abu Deis, violent clashes have been going on for several hours, with 174 Palestinians injured by rubber bullets and tear gas and others suffered suffocation symptoms.
