Three sailors have been rescued but another remains missing after a cargo ship overturned on Friday morning in a gulf near Zhuhai, in south China's Guangdong province, according to authorities with the city's marine affairs bureau. At about 8 a.m. Friday morning, Chinese cargo ship "Yue Ducheng" overturned after encountering winds and waves in the Tielu Gulf on the South China Sea, said Zeng Zhiyuan, an official with Zhuhai marine affairs bureau. The bureau immediately sent rescuers and tugboats to the waters around the boat. As of Friday afternoon, there was still one sailor missing but the boat had been dragged to safety, he said.
