The victim died at the scene, at the junction between Oxford Street and Stratford Place, at about 13:45 GMT, close to Bond Street Tube station. He was thought to have been in his late teens or early 20s. Nine people have been arrested by officers at the scene in connection with the stabbing. A section of Oxford Street, near to the underground station, has been closed while investigations continue.
