Coach Cesare Prandelli said on Thursday that Italy would stop Mario Balotelli playing if he is subjected to racist abuse at Euro 2012. The 21-year-old forward, who has Ghanaian roots, said in a recent interview with France Football magazine that he would walk off the pitch if he is racially abused at Euro 2012, amid concerns about possible violence and racism at the tournament in Poland and Ukraine. "We'll come off the bench and stop him (if there is racism)," Prandelli told a press conference. "It doesn't matter if that causes a red or yellow card".
