Putin, Poroshenko hold bilateral meeting

Russia's President Vladimir Putin and Ukraine's Petro Poroshenko on Tuesday began a bilateral meeting in Minsk to discuss the conflict raging in eastern Ukraine, officials said.
"Bilateral meeting between President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and President of Russia... Vladimir Putin begins," Poroshenko's official Twitter said. A Kremlin spokesman confirmed to AFP that the meeting has started.
