French Total seeks to boost cooperation with Iraq in oil industry

Iraqi Petroleum Minister Adel Abdel Mehdi discussed on Sunday with one of vice presidents of French oil major Total ways of boosting bilateral cooperation in the oil and energy field.
The French company's official expressed the company desire to expand its operations and contribution to developing the oil industry in Iraq.
This came during a meeting held between the two officials in Iraq.
During the gathering, the Iraqi minister asserted that Iraq is keen on strengthening bilateral cooperation with oil global companies, including "Total" to increase the Iraqi oil production.
