
International Cooperation Minister Sahar Nasr had talks on Thursday with Italian ambassador's charge d'affaires in Cairo Stefano Catani on means of enhancing bilateral cooperation.
Italy is due to extend 45 million euros to support an Egyptian plan on expanding small and medium sized enterprises, creating jobs and securing a proper climate to the private sector in order to realize sustainable development.
Nasr underlined the strength of the Egyptian-Italian ties at the strategic and economic levels.
Catani stressed Italy's keenness on supporting projects that secure jobs for youths.
The two sides reviewed debt-swap program being implemented in accordance with three agreements signed in this respect between the two countries.
