
Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign and Expatriate Affairs Nasser Judeh on Friday met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Slovak republic Miroslav Lajcak and discussed bilateral ties and ways to bolster them.
The meeting, held on the sidelines of the annual Global Security Forum, also touched on the latest developments in the Middle East.
The two officials reiterated the depth of ties between Jordan and Slovakia. They also discussed the latest developments in Syria and the importance of Geneva talks. In this regard, Judeh reiterated the Kingdom's firm stance that calls for finding a political solution to the Syrian crisis.
Further, the two counterparts discussed efforts to fight terrorism and extremism, where Judeh affirmed that Jordan will always remain at the forefront of efforts to fight terrorism.
