
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas met in Amman today with Prime Minister of Malta Joseph Muscat.
During the meeting, they reviewed the latest developments in Palestine and difficulties experienced by the Palestinian people as a result of the continued Israeli occupation to land settlement ,people and their capabilities.
President Abbas informed Muscat that he will pay an European tour to France, Russia and Germany, said: ' We will inform leaders of these countries that will we support the French initiative calling for the formation of an international support group, convening an International Conference and to initiate the work of the mechanism in accordance with a specific timetable in order to implement the two-State solution based on the 1967 borders and the Arabic peace initiative .
For his part, Maltese Prime Minister affirmed that his government would continue to support the Palestinian people and their freedom and independence as well as to work with the Palestinian government to strengthen relations in various fields.
