Transport minister meets AFD leaderships

Transport Minister Galal Saeed met Monday with leaders of the French Development Agency (AFD) in Paris.
They discussed the AFD contribution to the development of the Metro Line 3 of Ataba-Imbaba-Giza, expected to go into operation in less than a month after all finances and contracts are finalized.
Final procedures of funding El Raml Tram in Alexandria were probed during the meeting as well.
A similar meeting was held in July between Saeed and an AFD delegation to probe its role in supporting underground Metro projects and developing Alexandria tram lines.
