Floods hitting Central and East Java of Indonesia since Sunday killed 11 people, officials said.As many as 22,830 houses, 4,350 hectares rice fields and scores of infrastructure facilities have been submerged by floods, spokesman of national disaster management and mitigation agency Sutopo Purwo Nugroho told Xinhua over phone.The overflows of waters of Bengawan Solo river covered areas at the downstream, Nugroho said."Most of the fatality was swept by sea current," he said.The worst hit area is in Bojonegoro district of East Java, he said.Indonesia has been frequently hit by landslide or floods during heavy rain
