8 killed in Makhachkala explosion

Eight people were killed in an explosion near the bailiff building in Makhachkala on Monday, preliminary reports said. Two car bombs exploded, according to the regional department of the Investigative Committee. An unspecified number of injured persons has been reported. Police have sealed off the area.
