The British newspaper Daily Miror reported that another British terrorist from Coventry has been killed while fighting with the Islamic State in Syria and Iraq ISIS organization in Ayn al-Arab, north Syria.
” Rashid Amani, 19, had been fighting for the ISIS terrorist organization in the Syrian town of Ayn al-Arab when he suffered serious wounds from a US air strike,” the newspaper said in an article on Friday.
According to the paper, Amani, who is of Afghan origin, travelled with his fellow school friends, Mohammed Hadi and Ali Kalantar from his home in Coventry to Syria in March of this year.
Kalantar, 18, was reportedly killed by a French air strike during an ISIS offensive on Tikrit in Iraq.
Earlier, the level of threat from international terrorism to Britain has been raised from substantial to severe.
