Military Investigative Judge Fadi Sawan issued on Thursday two indictments against five Syrians over smuggling and transferring armed persons as well as killing soldiers.
The Judge issued the first indictment against the Syrian Haytham Noaoras Alazab over the crime of transporting and smuggling armed persons.
The second indictment was issued against four Syrians, Mahmoud Said Al-Hussein and his companions, over the crime of taking part in Arsal Battle killing, attempting to kill and sabotaging and stealing a military vehicle.
The judge referred the arrested persons with their files to the Permanent Military Court for trial.
