Consumer goods and services index declined by 127.45 points (-1.78%) when it closed at 7,013.78 points.
The real estate sector index was the only one in the green zone today, marginally up by 18.49 points (0.64%) to 2,927.05 points.
The bourse's Al Rayan Islamic index declined by 48.13 points (-1.08%) to 4,426.01 points.
