Fire fighters contained a fire that broke out in the National Company For Packaging Industries (Natpack) in the industrial zone of Obour City in Qaliobiya governorate.
No casualties were reported.
The cause of the fire and the size of the damage are still unknown.
Initial reports say the fire broke out at the company's board chairman office.
A company board member, Nagy Hussein Mohamed, said a short circuit could be behind the fire, noting that the company's license expired in February.
Investigations are underway in the incident.
